Juxtapoz Art & Culture Magazine is a magazine created by painter Robert Williams to celebrate the genius of low brow art. It reflects Williams' own sensibility -- a combination of California "Big Daddy" Ed Roth-style pop surrealism and the serious figurative craftmanship that is more likely to be found among illustrators than fine artists today. Many famed illustrators and painters received their first serious recognition in Juxtapoz, including Mark Ryden.
C.R. Stecyk III, along with Williams is an executive editor.
It is published by the same people who make Thrasher Skateboard Magazine in San Francisco, California.

Shepard Fairey and Obey Giant have appeared in Juxtapoz a few times. An oversized print, Juxtapoz Poster, was produced in 2001.
